If a product has been discontinued for more than 5 years, the warranty does not apply.


The product needs to be accompanied by:

  • The downloaded repair form.

  • A brief explanation of the problem.

  • Copy of your sales receipt.

  • Serial number.

  • Return address.

  • Phone number.

  • E-mail.

Read carefully before sending your product:

  • Mark the package as “RETURN REPAIR – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” in the paperwork/on the package. Failure to do so may put additional costs on the shipment, which will NOT be covered by T-Rex.

  • Please notify our technical support at service@t-rex-effects.com before returning the product.

  • Before you send in the product please fill out the repair form and include it in the package.

  • Please note that the T-Rex repair department does not perform modifications or upgrades.

  • Replaced parts of the product or the entire product, in the event of a full replacement, will not be returned to the customer. 

  • Response time usually within 3 weeks. It may be delayed by up to 10 days due to holidays or vacations.

  • We cannot replace a product until we have received it here in Denmark.
