T-Rex warranty conditions

This Warranty is made and given by T-Rex Effects to the original end-user and applies to a new product purchased directly from T-Rex Effects or an authorized distributor or reseller.

T-Rex offers a 2-year warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, please contact the authorized reseller from whom the product was purchased.

If a product has been discontinued for more than 5 years, the warranty does not apply.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Warranty is lost if:

• The product is more than 2 years old from the purchase date.

• The factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

• The product has been modified in any way.

• You do not have a receipt.

• The product is damaged due to incorrect power or polarity usage.

• Damage caused by misuse includes, but not limited to, the use of incorrect power supply, liquid spills, and improper storage or transportation.

• The product is damaged or defective due to natural disasters, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and similar events.

• Damaged from extreme heat, moisture, or sunlight.

• The product is damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication.

• There are any signs of violence or poor maintenance.

• Anyone besides authorized T-Rex service center has repaired or tried to repair the product.

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including finishing and paintwork.

• No person other than a T-Rex distributor, dealer, etc. is authorized to make a warranty promise on behalf of T-Rex Effects.
